I’ve been working on making vegan versions of my favorite Indo Chinese recipes, and, of course, I’m including gluten-free, soy-free, and nut-free options to accommodate all kinds of special diets!
Indo Chinese cuisine has its origins in Kolkata, where Chinese immigrants adapted their traditional recipes to use the Indian spices that were most readily available. This fusion cuisine is super flavorful with amazing textures, vibrant vegetables, and incredible sauces.
